Terms of Service

  • I begin work only after receiving the full payment through PayPal.

  • I do not offer refunds.

  • If I am unable to complete your commission within 10 months of accepting it (excluding any emergency situations), only then will I refund the payment according to the amount of progress made on said commission.

  • I can give you an estimated amount of time for completing the commission, but keep in mind I have college, so expect delays. I will update you on the progress accordingly.

  • You agree to let me publish your work. If you wish to keep the commission private, you will be charged +50% of the total commission fee.

  • Any sketches/WIPs I do are owned by me and may be used for personal purposes.

  • I will do revisions within reasons, any major or unreasonable revisions may require extra payment or be denied.

  • You are NOT allowed to use my work for NFTs / AI at any point.

Before beginning the commission process, I will have you agree to the given ToS through text.

I DO draw:

  • Anthros / Scalies / Avians etc.

  • Humans

  • Simple robot / mecha designs (please check with me however)

  • Some gore / violence (once again please confirm this with me)

  • Reference sheets

  • Fanarts

I DON'T draw:

  • Complex architecture and vehicles / planes / boats / etc.

  • Complex firearms / mech / robot designs

  • Highly detailed costumes such as outfits from games like Genshin Impact, etc. Simpler outfits are still fine.

  • Extreme Gore / Violence

  • Feral

  • NSFW

  • Fetish content of any sort

Process of the Commission

  • If you wish to commission me, please reach out to me through Twitter DM to confirm. If I accept, I will give you my Discord username so that the discussion can be continued there.

  • I do not have Trello or any similar site at the moment, so to check the queue please either see my Twitter where I update on slots or ask me in Twitter DM.

  • Once on Discord, I will ask for details such as the type of commission, questions about your character(s), their reference sheets, etc. for maximum clarification.

  • Once the commission is confirmed and you have agreed to the ToS, I will proceed to request the payment from you accordingly.

  • I work on a first-come-first-serve basis. I will prioritize finishing previous orders (if any) before I start with your piece. I do not take priority orders at the moment.

  • The first update will be the base sketch with minor outlines of your character and the pose. The second will be a cleaner and more detailed sketch. The third will be the lineart. The fourth will be the base colours. The fifth and final update will be on the render.

  • I may add updates in between for more clarification.

  • Once you approve the final commission, I will share with you the file through Google Drive. I will then share the commission on my socials. (You can let me know beforehand if you'd prefer to stay anonymous)
